Capstone Project

The Capstone Project is intended to be intensive, active learning projects, requiring significant effort in the planning and implementation, and preparation of a substantial final written work product. The Capstone Project also provides fellows-in-training with a scholarly experience that may incorporate concepts and techniques learned throughout the fellowship program, or it will allow the fellows to expand their scholarly knowledge in their clinical specialty.

Furthermore, the Capstone Project must focus on a research problem, theoretical issue, new creative work, or an advanced area of orthopaedic physical therapy. The Capstone Project should prepare fellows-in-training for the rigors of research, writing, and scholarly presentations.
